Dharmendra Pradhan making false allegations since he is losing

Bhubaneswar, 22/05/2024: Addressing the press and media, BJD Lok Sabha MP candidate for Berhampur Shri. Bhrugu Baxipatra said, “It is now very clear in Sambalpur that Shri. Dharmendra Pradhan is losing. Whenever BJP is losing elections in Odisha, they start making all sorts of false allegations like misuse of official machinery, money power, etc.
Shri. Dharmendra Pradhan has been Central Minister for ten years. There is tremendous anger against him for not doing any developmental work in the area.
Last ten years he has failed to get the National Highway-55 work completed which runs from Sambalpur to Cuttack and has become a deathtrap with hundreds of precious lives lost due to accidents.
He has failed to start even a single Kendriya Vidyalaya in the area despite being Central Education Minister.
He has failed to open even one Skill Development Centre despite being a Central Skill Development Minister.
People of Sambalpur also know that he had opposed the Maa Samaleswari Temple beautification project.
In Chhendipada area, people are angry because of the pollution caused due by the coal mining by MCL, lack of employment for the locals in MCL, where people from Madhya Pradesh and Bihar have got jobs, but locals have not got jobs. MCL CSR funds are not being used for local people. No one knows where they are being utilized. Now that he is moving in the area he has felt the anger of the people against him.
He has realized that he is losing this election and hence he has started making all sorts of false allegations. People of Sambalpur know who is spending huge money and desperately trying to prevent a certain defeat.” Shri. Baxipatra added.
